Zion Canyon Brewing Company was started in 2005 by Dale E. Harris, a long-time local in Zion Canyon. Opening a brewery in the canyon has been a dream of Dale’s for many years and he offers many thanks to everyone who helped his dream come to reality. Cheers! |
