Zion Canyon Brewing Company

ZCBC is a small, 2,500 barrels per year operation. Our brewery is the basement at 2400 Zion Park Blvd. From there we distribute kegs and bottles throughout Utah.

We work very hard to provide the area with handcrafted full grain beer made with kindness, love and only the highest quality ingredients available. Brewing beer while having a good time is our only priority.

Dale loves beer & he is having a great time brewing enough to share with everyone. He is a very busy guy and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, sons and dogs.

Glenn Harris - Brewer’s Assistant

Glenn is Dale’s younger brother. He has been working for ZCBC since the summer of 2006. The cellar is his responsibility. He also makes deliveries to our distributor and in-town customers.

Keith Forsgren - Brewer’s Assistant

Keith is the new guy on the crew (FNG!). Keith relocated to Zion Canyon from Northern Utah and is an avid home brewer.
